Eco-friendly holiday park wins conservation award for the second time

An eco-friendly South Hams holiday park has won a prestigious conservation award for the second year running.

Palstone Lodges, a unique garden-style holiday park offering contemporary holiday lodges for sale in the South Hams, has won the coveted David Bellamy Conservation Award for the steps they’ve taken in managing their land as a haven for wildlife and their efforts in preserving rare and beautiful plants and wildlife.

The award-win acknowledges the variety of plants, trees and shrubbery that surround the luxury holiday homes at Palstone. Described by the award judges “as an exotic oasis of trees, unusual plants such as Metasequoias and Aralias feature throughout the site with native wildflowers sitting next to rare plants from around the world.”
