Leading and inspiring our team every day is founder and Managing Director, Rachael Whitson MCIPR. Rachael established the company in 1999 as a freelancer working from home. Now with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Rachael has significant expertise in b2b communications, crisis management and media relations.
In April ‘23, Rachael decided to transition the business into an Employee Ownership Trust to create a future sustainable business model that ensures the company remains firmly in the hands of a team that drive the business forward every day and share a passion for its visions and values.
Our team is made up of Account Directors, Managers and Executives, whose backgrounds span marketing and PR, publishing, journalism, digital and SEO. Together we make a team of professionals that can draw upon a wide range of skills to provide our clients with outstanding results and a genuine passion for the work we do. Knowing that we are making a meaningful contribution through our work is what gets us up in the morning. Our employee-owned model will ensure we continue to create and deliver opportunities for the benefit of community, cause and climate in the decades to come.
But that’s not all that drives us… our shared interest in sustainability, doing what’s right for our planet, and supporting our local communities, means we love taking a day out for volunteering, pro-bono work, and fundraising for charities. When we’re not in the office, we’re probably making the most of our beautiful location in the heart of Devon. You might find us out enjoying a spot of paddleboarding, open water swimming, country walks, down on the beach or playing cricket!
