Lighting manufacturer, Prolojik, opens new High Wycombe office

High Wycombe-based lighting control system designer and manufacturer, Prolojik, has expanded into a new office, Perspective House in Cliveden Office Village. Perspective House provides the sector-leading technology company with additional office, engineering and testing space to help facilitate its ongoing expansion plans and is equipped with Prolojik’s latest products and technology.

Managing Director, Asela Rodrigo, said: “As a result of our constant drive to develop new lighting and data solutions, Prolojik has grown year on year and we’ve outgrown our previous site. We searched for new premises that would provide our team with the right environment in which to thrive, additional space for product development and the flexibility to incorporate our own systems.

“Perspective House gives us the ability to showcase our products and to invite customers to see our technology in action. Our award-winning ‘Lightmatrix’ system, for example, uses Ethernet cable to power lighting in place of copper wiring. It is quicker, simpler and cheaper to install than a traditional lighting system and, when combined with LED technology, delivers an energy saving of 37% compared to fluorescent lighting.

“We’ve also installed our newest product, Proxima, which facilitates wireless communication between devices and building systems via Bluetooth. Proxima can track the movement of people around a building, adapting light levels, updating security systems, and providing real-time information to individuals. The business uses are almost limitless as it provides detailed data that can inform critical decisions about space and resources.
