To raise the profile of Maudslay Park as a luxury retirement village among over 60s looking for an active retirement safe in the knowledge that help and assistance is always on hand and promote Maudslay Park as an active part of the local community.

Our Solution

Our ongoing PR strategy is designed to position Maudslay Park as one of the country’s leading luxury retirement villages, part of Renaissance Village’s portfolio of four award-winning sites across the UK. We put into place an ongoing and proactive media and marketing programme covering milestone announcements, the management of partnerships with local charities, sponsorship of wildlife groups, social media campaigns, newsletters, open days, events management, topical comment pieces, advertorials, sponsored features and proactive contributions to national magazines, newspapers, blogs and retirement websites.

What We Achieved

Through regular news and features we built Maudslay Park’s reputation and raised its profile among its target market, securing broad coverage and pieces that led directly to enquiries and sales. Our schedule of proactive marketing collateral stoked substantial interest, driving traffic to Maudslay Park’s website and regular calls to its on-site sales office.
