Absolute adds travel PR specialist to growing team

Exeter-based communications agency, Absolute PR & Marketing, has appointed PR consultant Ewan Davy to its growing team of PR professionals to work on a number of key accounts and help facilitate its growth plans, particularly in the travel and tourism sector.
Ewan is a seasoned public relations professional with over 19 years’ experience spanning in-house management roles and consultancy work, including 12 years as an associate director at Grayling in Bristol. He brings to Absolute a wealth of experience in the travel and tourism sector, having led the in-house PR at Blue Chip Holidays and worked with a variety of other regional brands including Bristol Airport, Monty Halls’ Great Escapes and The Dartmouth Food Festival.
Ewan also adds to Absolute’s strong credentials within the property development and construction sector and has driven communications campaigns nationally within the financial and professional services sectors, with past clients including The Mitie Group, Rydon Construction, Confused.com, Lloyds TSB and Admiral Insurance.
In addition to new business development, Ewan is working along side other members of Absolute’s account team on a number of Absolute’s established clients including Ashwoods Automotive, Renaissance Villages and Salvation Army Trading Company.
