Ramer Sponges launches new packaging for its Ultra Soft Baby Sponge

February 12, 2021 | News

Ramer Sponges, the UK’s leading manufacturer of super-absorbent and super-soft sponge products, has launched new-look packaging for its Ultra Soft Baby Sponge.

The colourful packaging is a moisture sealed bag, through which the super-soft twin sponges are clearly visible. It has been developed specifically to allow consumers to ‘squeeze test’ the sponges and check out the super-soft texture. The new aquamarine themed look, which features fun cartoon-style graphics, has been designed to appeal to mums and have a greater impact on shelves.

The new packaging will be rolled out from January and will be available nationwide in independent chemists in addition to www.ramersponges.com.

The Ultra Soft Baby Sponge (£2.99 RRP) has been specially developed with a super-fine texture to be exceptionally soft and gentle on baby’s delicate skin. The sponge comes in handy twin packs and is available in three different colourways: pale yellow and white, pink and rose and blue and hyacinth.

Made using RamerFoam®, Ramer Baby sponge products are super-soft, hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. The sponges harden as they dry, helping to prevent the growth of bacteria and are machine washable at 40o C.

Paul Lloyd-Smith, Managing Director of Ramer Sponges, commented:

“We’re delighted to unveil the brand-new look for our popular Ultra Soft Baby Sponge. Caring for babies since 1946, we thought it was time to give our much-loved baby sponge a colourful make-over. The aquamarine themed packaging captures the true essence of baby bath time. It’s a time for babies and toddlers to play, have fun, and let their imaginations run wild.”

The bright and colourful make-over comes after Ramer’s popular baby bath time sponge secured a Bronze award at the Mother & Baby Awards 2021.

The Ultra-Soft Baby Sponge is available via www.ramersponges.com, selected superstores and all good independent chemists.
