To raise the profile of Blue Cedar Homes’ unique model of luxury retirement properties across the South West of England from Cornwall to the Cotswolds and from Devon to Oxfordshire.

Our strategy is to position Blue Cedar Homes as a small, personable, specialist retirement developer that creates small communities for like-minded people in highly desirable locations.

Using a blend of traditional and digital media, we engage with audiences at a variety of levels from hyper-local through to national as well as working with credible third parties to engender trust with the target audience. We operate a proactive and reactive press office facility to generate creative coverage across news, property, and business angles. When required, we provide a responsive issues/crisis service to help safeguard Blue Cedar Homes’ reputation and profile. We help to strengthen the Blue Cedar Homes brand with carefully crafted e-marketing activities designed to support and reassure potential customers on their buying journey.

Ensuring a consistency across all communications, Absolute assists with copywriting for the website, award entries, customer communications and manages Blue Cedar Homes’ social media platforms and advertising. Absolute also assists with Blue Cedar Homes’ events which support their relationships with potential customers and the communities in which they build.

What We Achieved
