To raise awareness and credibility for Blenhiems South West (formerly the TMS Group) and showcase it as the South West’s leading independent property services management company.
Our Solution
Absolute runs a press office delivering a proactive and reactive media relations strategy to communicate with target audiences through regional media. News stories have included new appointments and news of a major acquisition, which needed to be managed with care to ensure confidence was maintained during and after major changes to the business. We write a regular newsletter for Blenheims South West and parent company Blenheims Estates which is distributed to their database across the SouthWest and London. We also provide event support and undertake award entries.
What We Achieved
Absolute has achieved extensive coverage in the region’s business media. We have also created a regular newsletter entitled ‘Blenheims Spotlight’ which has provided Blenheims with a professional eye-catching publication which conveys important industry changes and legislation as well as new and updates distributed by project managers as they meet their Residents Associations, Landlords and Residential Management Companies.
