Supporting the Recycling and Waste Management Sector
Over the last year we’ve been responsible for developing social media content designed to boost awareness of our waste management client National Resource Consortium (NRC) and its range of services. In that time, we’ve achieved a total of 13,100 impressions across LinkedIn and X.
A key focus for this activity has been zeroing in on NRC’s impressive eco-conscious, cost-effective solutions which enable businesses to manage their waste efficiently, increasing recycling at the same time as preventing waste from entering landfills.
Elsewhere, we’ve been helping Anenta boost its profile as the UK’s leading healthcare waste management solution for the NHS, ICBs, Care Homes, GPs, pharmacies, and healthcare-focused businesses, maximising environmental and financial goals for 19,750 locations nationwide. Through our carefully crafted social media plan, we’ve generated over 13,200 impressions over the last year. We’ve also gained vital coverage in both the GP, Medical, Healthcare Estate, and Care Home media, and we even helped rebuild their website, resulting in 7,300 new users.
Closer to home, Team Absolute played a key role in supporting our long-standing client, Devon Contract Waste (DCW) with sensitive PR communications surrounding their acquisition by SUEZ recycling and recovery UK.
A significant milestone for DCW, which has been a family run business for the last three decades, great care was needed in communicating the change of ownership to its customers and stakeholders.
For this reason, we focused on Managing Director Simon Almond’s belief that joining a larger, well-resourced organisation was the best way to continue his legacy, through the provision of responsible, innovative waste recycling solutions to businesses across the South West.
The outcome was news stories reinforcing business as usual for DCW and its customers, a message that we echoed through wider marketing comms, providing transparency and reassurance to DCW’s customers and partners.
