Sarah joined Absolute in 2008, having previously worked as an editor for an international publishing house and a researcher for a global charity. With her background being strongly rooted in publishing she can spot a typo at 10 paces and she loves to write – whether it’s creative copy or tricky technical stuff, as long as it involves engaging the language part of her brain, she’s happy!
Sarah works across a number of the agency’s b2b and b2c clients from large national accounts to regional work, managing the implementation of PR and marketing communications strategies across a wide variety of sectors including recycling, third sector, professional practice, engineering, veterinary and more.
She’s also unintentionally developed into the office’s go-to IT guru and has become quite familiar with the inner workings of our office Macs!
Whilst working at Absolute, Sarah studied part-time for an MA in Mass Communications, which she graduated from in 2013 having written her dissertation on PR and the campaign to axe the pasty tax.
Outside the office she can mainly be found on the terraces at St James’ Park (the real one, in Exeter!) or getting to grips with a power tool or paintbrush as she renovates a house with her young family.
