The challenge
To raise the profile of The Two Bridges Hotel in Dartmoor and The Bedford Hotel in Tavistock, positioning both hotels as the destinations of choice in their areas and promoting their award winning fine dining experiences.
Our solutions
Absolute developed a creative and ongoing media relations campaign to raise awareness of The Two Bridges Hotel and The Bedford Hotel. This includes support of events such as beer and food matching evenings with sister company Dartmoor Brewery, arrangement of press trips with key media, development of limited edition anniversary branding, providing hotel managers with Trip Advisor support and issues management, strategic planning and managing of online competitions and developing relationships with local charities.
What we achieved
Absolute has secured quality regional and national coverage, generating news stories and securing press trips to both hotels. We increased the positivity and responsiveness of the  hotels’ online profiles via social media and Trip Advisor management and we helped The Two Bridges Hotel commemorate its 25th anniversary of ownership with a successful on and offline marketing campaign.
