Site plan of the Otter Grange development

30 additional homes launch at Otter Grange

Redrow’s popular Ottery St Mary development Otter Grange, off Butts Road, is launching an additional 30 new homes that are available to buy off-plan as building work begins on a parcel of land adjacent to the site.
Otter Grange was successfully launched in May 2014 and is situated in a quiet area that’s close to the town centre’s shops and amenities, and has a fully equipped play area.
Louise Frost, Area Sales Manager for Redrow (West Country) commented: “Otter Grange is such a popular development, and we’re delighted to be extending the site as it means we can provide more high quality homes to more local people. The newly launched properties in this lovely neighbourhood are now available to buy off-plan and range from bungalows to four bedroom homes. We’re expecting a flurry of interest from house-hunters both locally and further afield, so we’d like to encourage those interested to speak to one of our friendly sales consultants to register your interest – you can either pop in to the sales centre or give us a call.”
Otter Grange offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, plus two types of bungalows from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection. The development is just half a mile from Sainsbury’s and a five minute drive from the A30.
Show home viewings are available for The Stratford which is an elegant four bedroom home with architecture inspired from the bygone Arts and Crafts era, yet an interior with high specification modern appliances and chic design throughout. The four bedroom Canterbury is also available for viewings, with a commanding exterior and expansive kitchen and living area at the hub of the home.
New homes at Otter Grange currently start at £296,995 and the show homes and Sales Centre are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
